At EroticVibes.ca, customer safety and hygiene are our highest priorities because of the intimate nature of our merchandise. For that reason, we maintain a strict no-return, no-exchange policy for all items unless a product is proven defective or damaged in transit.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and sanitary reasons, any item that has an opened package, and/or broken seal, and/or has been used, and/or deemed to have been in contact with the body and/or bodily fluids. Such items are considered as final sales. This includes, but is not limited to:
Sex toys, vibrators, and dildos
Beads, plugs, and anal toys
Gags, ropes, muzzles, and restraints
Cock rings, sleeves, genital enhancers, and cock & ball devices
Cleansing and hydration tools, douche and enema kits
Massage oils, lubricants, condoms, body paints, moisturizers, and other skin products
Lingerie, masculine attire, and other intimate apparel

Defects and Conditions:
If an item is defective, such as motor failure, it may be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same product model,once defect is confirmed.
Defective products may be eligible for replacement within 30 days of purchase.
Requests to exchange a defective product must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.

-defective item and the issues you've noticed
-a few clear pictures of the problematic issue
We'll evaluate the issue and advise you of the next steps.

Refunds and Sale Items:
Only items sold at regular price are eligible for refund. (if requirements are met)
Sale items are considered final and cannot be refunded.
Return/replacement eligibility is at staff discretion.

Refunds:
Once your return reaches us, it'll be inspected and we'll send you an email confirmation to advise of the refund status. Refund credits are generally issued to original payment method within 7 business days.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale.

Shipping fees:
Original and return shipping fees are generally non-refundable. These fees may be deducted from your refund.
